Hello there,

I have been a Traverse City local since before I could barely walk. I love this town and I also have a passion for window cleaning.

With 11 years of experience in the industry I strive to offer top of the line services to the community of Traverse City and the surroundings areas.

Business is something that I take very seriously. I have learned priceless knowledge from the successful businesses that my family has produced in this town. The last time the "Craggs" name has been seen on a Traverse City business would have been CRAGGS CABINET & COUNTERTOPS INC.

It is time for the next generation to step up and I do not plan to disappoint. I look forward to accommodating all present and future clients.

SHANNON SMITH

Shannon joined our team in March of 2023 and has had an instant impact since. Shannon is a Kalkaska area local and loves spending time outdoors with her daughter.

If you have called our office or stopped in then you have had the pleasure of chatting with Shannon and her bubbly personality.

Shannon keeps our team organized and makes scheduling jobs a breeze for clients.

JERIKO SWENSON

Apprentice Technician

Jeriko joined our team in May of 2024. Originally from Southern California, Jeriko has situated himself as a Rapid City local for the past 10 years. He is an Elk Rapids High School graduate and enjoys being apart of the community. Jeriko loves exploring new places, riding dirt roads in his F-150 and riding motorcycles on or off the pavement.

Jeriko takes pride in his work and treats all of our clients with a great level of respect. He is diligent in the field of window cleaning and continues to sharpen his skills.

LOGAN RUSSELL

Apprentice Technician

Logan joined our team in June of 2024 and has brought tons of great positive energy with him. A long time Elk Rapids local and ERHS graduate. Logan enjoys getting out into the wilderness or launching a boat on the water and finding new ways to enjoy Northern Michigan. Always walking around with a smile on his face and a desire to learn.

Logan has been a great addition to our team in the field and continues to expand on his abilities to better service clients.
